Where you'll work

The third most popular ski resort in Canada, the Blue Mountain Resort is a year-round adventure playground – meaning if you’re on our Ultimate Canada option, you can bag a job here throughout the year. The peaks, lakes and Alpine passes are home to skiing, snowshoeing and tubing in winter; and hiking, biking and climbing in summer. And if you ever want to swap the slopes for skyscrapers, street art and street food – Toronto and the quaint town of Collingwood are close by.

Wages between CAD $15.05-$17.45 per hour.

Full-time work (35-40 hours per week).

Free weekday ski or snowboard lessons

Meal discounts at all resort-owned food outlets.

“Each of the resorts had their own merits, however the combination of Blue Mountain's year-round facilities and excellent staff benefits was a big draw. Notably the resort was also especially encouraging of beginners in winter sports, giving them time to practice on the slopes (that was me!). As a Service Express Agent for the Westin Trillium House, my role would see me interacting with guests. Each working day could be so different depending on the in-house guests, but overall the experience has been extremely rewarding.”
