We’ll email you all the visa forms and guidelines to complete your visa application. Our team then check everything is correct before it’s submitted. Be aware that New Zealand visas can take 2-3 weeks to process.
Visa approved? The countdown is on. Start ticking off your to-do list. Check up-to-date travel advice, book your flights and organise your travel insurance. Let us know your flight details so that we can book your transfer at the other end.
The balance for your trip is due eight weeks before departure. Don’t worry if you’ve got excited traveller brain, we’ll get in touch to let you know when it’s coming up and how you need to pay it.
Do you need a vaccination passport, pre-departure test or are you required to isolate on arrival? Stay on top of New Zealand’s entry requirements to help keep everyone safe and open to travel.
Kia Ora! You made it. You’ll be transferred to your Auckland hostel to start either your 4-day or 7-day itinerary. You’ll meet the crew, get set up with everything you need to start working and have a blast exploring with new mates.

3. Access our Kickstart hub
Visa approved? Fist bumps. We’ll give you access to our Kickstart hub to apply for your New Zealand bank account and set up your IRD (tax) file number. Job done!
How can I work in New Zealand?
For passport holders who are part of New Zealand’s working holiday visa program, you can apply for a working holiday visa that allows you to work in New Zealand for between 6-23 months – depending on your nationality. Find out if you’re eligible for a visa here.
