We had a do-over!
Although we’re the same team of work(abroad)aholics behind the scenes, the JENZA Travel Group is made up of three brands – including BUNAC and JENZA. We both did our Work Australia program, which was something of a headache for our team – and probably a little confusing for you guys. So, we had a do-over! Going back to our 1972 summer camp roots, BUNAC is now everything Summer Camp USA, and JENZA is all things working holidays.
Why us and why Australia?
As part of the JENZA Travel Group, we’ve been sending 18-30-somethings off to live and work in Australia since we were in mullets – 1989, in fact.
Only our brand name for Work Australia has changed. We’re still the same team with the same awesome Australia program and trip inclusions.

Hello sunshine
Australia generally has long hot summers (Nov-Mar) and mild winters (Jun-Sep). But as with all things Australia, there are extremes. Like snowy ski resorts in Victoria and New South Wales in winter (we know, mind blown) and wet and humid summers in the tropical north.

What makes Australia such an iconic gap year destination is being able to pick up work as you travel, giving you the chance to experience the true Australia. From reefs to rainforest, wetlands to wineries, and deserts to deserted islands – it’s like 365 holidays in one year.
Young hearts
