Flight costs will vary depending on the time of year and where you are flying from. We don’t advise booking flights until your visa is approved.
Your first night is included in Dublin. If you’d like to add extra nights, just talk to the team and we can extend your stay.
You must have travel insurance to cover your whole stay in Ireland before you depart.
How does
How does it work?
1. Pay a deposit
First job is to check you’re eligible for an Ireland working holiday visa (WHA visa). All grand? Great, now book onto our Work Ireland program with a deposit and the team will get in touch with the next steps.
2. Apply for your visa
We’ll walk you through how to apply for your Working Holiday Authorisation (WHA). However, this must be applied for and paid online through the Irish Embassy. It can take between 6-8 weeks to process.
3. Book an arrival date
Once your visa is approved, you’ll pay your program balance and choose one of our monthly arrival dates (above). It’s also safe to start booking your Dublin flights (letting us know the details) and sorting your travel insurance.
4. Pre-departure orientation
We’ll then book you in for a pre-departure virtual orientation to prepare you for living and working in Ireland. This is a great chance to meet the Irish team face-to-camera and ask any questions – all work and non-work questions welcome!
5. Arrive in Dublin
Your first night in a hostel in Dublin is included. We’ll see you there to do your arrival orientation – setting you up with a bank account, IRP appointment, SIM card, Irish phone number, job workshop and more.
