About Blue Mountain Resort

Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario’s only four-season mountain Village Resort. Blue Mountain provides plenty of ways to make the most of your days, from adrenaline pumping mountain attractions to events and entertainment. You can tackle gravity fed fun on the slopes or sink into a relaxing spa experience. We are lucky to be nestled in an area surrounded by picturesque mountains, beaches and caves. There is always something to explore in nature in the surrounding area.

What Blue Mountain is looking for?

Blue Mountain Resort is looking for friendly, personable and high energy individuals that can help in making Blue Mountain memorable and enjoyable for guests. While they can train an employee the responsibilities of a job, they cannot teach that star quality that sets Blue Mountain employees apart from the rest.

• Positions Available: Front Desk, Barista, Guest Service Rep, Room Attendants, Public Spaces Associates, Line Cook, Lift Operators
• Summer Job contracts: June-September
• Winter Job contracts: December- April

Is staff housing provided?

Staff Housing is provided; however, they have a limited amount of beds and it operates on a first come first serve basis. Most rooms are shared accommodations with 1 other individual, with only a limited number of single rooms available.

What are the average hours of work per week?

Full time is on average 30 hours per week. However, hours do vary based on hotel occupancy and thus business levels.
