Either way, start by calling us for a chat or checking out the types of roles and activities you can do at camp. And if it’s a match, swipe... (we’re joking) - fill out our online application form, pay your deposit and wait for us to set up a non-scary video interview with you.

Search our Camp Connect platform to target the roles you want – not just what you get pooled for.

Historically, Camp Directors would choose applicants from a shared pool – giving you little or no choice over your placement. Unique to BUNAC, our Camp Connect matching platform allows you to view different camps and request interviews for available positions.

As well as our Camp Connect platform, our placement team in America circulate your application amongst the camps we work with. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Camp Directors at BUNAC’s Summer Camp Fair – sometimes getting hired on the day.

Now your placement is in the bag, we guide you through the process of applying for your visa.

After filling out an online visa application and gathering your supporting documents, you’ll attend an in-person interview at the US Embassy. Once your visa is confirmed, you can book your flights, confirm your travel plans for after camp, and book your travel insurance.

Until you’ve had your pre-departure online orientation day. Our BUNAC legends take you through everything you need to know about camp. You’ll meet others going to camp that year, have all your questions answered, and get ready for a summer to remember.
