Intern USA Ultimate Application Process:

  Talk to our specialist Internships Team by calling 0333 014 8484 to discuss your ideal internship. We’ll find out when you want to travel, for how long and what sort of internship you would like.

  Pay your 1st installment of £200 to secure your space on the program. This is refundable if we do not source you an internship in one of the two the industry fields which you specify.

  Complete the internship application form including your resume, educational background and internship industry fields, then have a Skype interview with our New York Team who will be sourcing your internship.

  Congratulations! Once you have passed your Skype interview, you will now pay your 2nd installment of £300 & our team will begin to source your internship.

  It’s at this point you can book your flight.

  50% of your balance is due within 30 days of completing the Skype interview. During this time, our team will be hard at work contacting relevant employers to organise your placement.

  Once our team have organised a suitable employer for you, you will have a Skype interview directly with your new employer. Don’t worry – we’ll help you to prepare beforehand so that you can impress them!

  Congratulations! Once your internship placement has been confirmed, you will be asked to pay your remaining balance within 21 days of receiving your placement offer.

  We’ll talk you through your J-1 visa application forms and prepare you in attending an appointment at the US Embassy in the UK or Ireland. The visa sponsorship cost, as well as the actual J-1 visa costs are due at this point.

  Once your visa application has been approved - pack your bags and get ready for your internship adventure!
